Frequently Asked Questions
Your privacy concerns, answered honestly.
Privacy & Security
Do you ever see my photos?
The free scan is text-only and does not ask you to upload photos. Paid removal requires identity and authorization checks. Any evidence needed for your case is handled through the private verification flow; do not send intimate images through public forms or reviews.
What data do you store?
We use the information needed for the service you request, including contact details, supplied search terms or links, and case records for paid removal. Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected and how it is used. A free scan does not require photo uploads.
Can I delete all my data?
You can request account and data deletion through your dashboard or support. Our Privacy Policy explains retention requirements and any records that must be retained for legal, payment, or security purposes.
How It Works
How does your scan find my content without me uploading photos?
The free scan searches names, handles, and aliases you provide. Results are possible matches for you to review, not facial recognition or proof that a page depicts you. It cannot find every copy, and no results does not prove that content is absent. Search only for yourself or with explicit permission.
How does monitoring work?
Shield is a separate $29/month subscription for ongoing discovery of possible new copies. You review possible matches before removal action. Coverage and available removal options depend on the platform; offshore escalation is a separate paid service.
What happens when a match is found?
First confirm that the result concerns you. You can then submit the links for a removal scope review and see the price before paying. Your private case record distinguishes requests, responses, search delisting, and confirmed source removal. A possible search match is not a confirmed removal case.
Pricing & Payments
Why does it cost $499?
Emergency Takedown starts at $499 one-time for 1–5 unique domains. The other tiers are $799 for 6–15, $1,299 for 16–30, and $1,999 for 31+. Your fee covers the agreed removal work and applicable follow-up. You see your domain count and exact price before paying.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
No. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or guarantee removal outcomes. Your fee covers pursuit of the agreed work. Non-compliant offshore sites can resist removal; we document progress and pursue applicable follow-up when the first request is ignored. If you believe we have not performed the agreed service, contact support for a review.
Are there any hidden fees?
Your removal scope and one-time price are shown before checkout. Ongoing discovery of new copies is a separate Shield subscription, not included in the Emergency Takedown fee. Additional links or services outside the agreed scope may need a separate review.
Legal & Process
Why shouldn’t I file a takedown myself?
You can report content yourself using the platform’s intimate-image reporting process. Check what information the form asks for and how it may be shared before submitting. Professional help is useful when you want someone else to manage reports and follow-up, or a site ignores you. We act as your authorized agent and explain any additional authorization needed for your case.
Do you remove content from Google search results?
We pursue eligible search-removal requests alongside source removal. Google or Bing delisting can reduce discoverability, but it does not delete the content from the website or prevent access through a direct link. Your case tracks these outcomes separately.
Is this legal?
We use authorized removal requests and applicable platform reporting processes. You must be the depicted adult or have permission to act for them. Identity and authorization checks help prevent abusive requests. The route available depends on the content, platform, and your rights.
Do I need to file a police report first?
No. We handle everything independently. A police report can strengthen your case but is never required to use our service.
What if the content reappears after removal?
If content we got removed comes back on the same site within 12 months of your purchase, send us the new link and we file again at no charge. New content, or a site that was not part of your case, is a new request. Finding new copies for you is a separate monitoring service, Shield, with its own subscription terms. No service can guarantee that all re-uploads will be found or prevented.
